Star wideout Xavier Worthy suffered an ankle injury in the fourth quarter of Texas' 49-21 win—its first Big 12 title since 2009. Worthy was later seen on the sideline wearing a walking boot and using crutches.
Worthy had six receptions for 86 yards against the Cowboys.

The junior wideout suffered the injury while catching a 10-yard pass on 3rd-and-11 but got rolled on by an Oklahoma State defender while going out of bounds and was unable to stop himself as he went to plant his foot.
Worthy immediately clutched at his ankle and had to be helped off the field by trainers before heading to the locker room.
Coach Steve Sarkisian gave an update on Worthy's health during his postgame interview that'll bring some relief to Longhorns' fans.
The Longhorns got plenty of production out of its receiving corps Saturday as Adonai Mitchell and Ja'Tavion Sanders finished with 109 and 105 yards, respectively.
Worthy is Texas' leading receiver this season with 883 yards and five touchdowns. He'll be crucial for the squad should it make the College Football Playoff.
